The team at Nahal Fertility was extremely patient, kind, accessible and accomdating to my schedule when booking my appointments as I worked and lived over an hour away. Simene, Mahasa, Mina, Dr.Rahbar and Dr. Victory all worked seamlessly and collaboratively to make me feel my husband and I were exploring the best possible options for us. My wife and I were recommended to use Nahal Fertility as our previous experiences with other clinics were horrible (3 years of appointments and 1 year trying IUI). After leaving our first appointment with Dr. Victory, we felt very comfortable moving forward with this clinic and we trusted what he was telling us. Staff were very friendly and Dr. Victory was very informative and accessible. Long story short, 11 months after our first meeting, our son was born at a healthy 8lbs and 4ozs.

My only complaint would be that the phone line was often busy or just wouldn’t ring at all. I would need to try calling over and over again to reach someone. This hardly matters though, as my wife and I got the gift we were hoping for.

We started our fertility journey with Nahal in 2018 and got amazing support from Dr. Victory, as well as the nurses, embryologist, and administrative team. We had a wonderful baby daughter in 2019 thanks to their hard work. This year we decided to use one of our frozen embryos to try for baby #2, and this time with the support of Dr. Mazidi and the same excellent team, we had a successful transfer and I am currently pregnant. Throughout this very stressful process my husband and I felt we were in extremely capable hands and felt supported and cheered on by the whole team. Recently, with the pandemic, I have also felt safe when going to my appointments, as they are following all proper rules and regulations. Nahal fertility centre is the best/most amazing fertility clinic for many reasons which we have had a successful IVF experience with them . but just to name a few : the staff, nurses and also the doctors are all so responsive, knowledgeable and caring about you as a person. The phone is always answered. anytime that I had a question or I was worried about something the nurses/doctors responded and helped me right after I called them.overall the communication is excellent and the nurses ( Mina and Mahsa )both were so caring and always gave us the good vibes and were supportive during the few month that we were under the IVF treatment. Dr.Rahbar and Dr.Abdel Hadi were so knowledgeable and they have done a great job that we always being thankful for having them as our fertility doctors. Very welcoming, warm and kind nurses who connect well and keep being positive and caring.
